Confucius

The Analects of ancient Chinese philosopher Confucius (“Kung Fu-tse”) are dated about 480 BC. This was about 5 centuries after the wisdom of King Solomon already disseminated throughout the ancient world, perhaps influencing him.

Confucius believed rulers needed the mandate of heaven to secure blessings for their people. Confucius’ orderly moral teachings and hierarchical system were somewhat undermined by subsequent Chinese moralists and religious quacks who promoted egalitarian nonsense and nihilistic sophistry – sentiments more in line with today’s anti-confucian communist regime.
