Homos deserve capital punishment according to the traditional criminal codes that were established by our wise and god-fearing forefathers:
“The infamous crime against nature, committed either with man or beast, is felony without clergy.”

Under English Law, a conviction of a “felony“ only meant one thing:
The guilty party hanged by the neck until dead.
The great jurist Sir William Blackstone stated that reason why the vice of sodomy was merely described obliquely in the legal codes was because it was acknowledged to be too disgusting to human nature even to describe.
Blackstone declared it to be a “universal” precept that the crime of sodomy should be punished by the death of its participants:
“This the voice of nature and of reason, and the express law of God (Leviticus xx:13,15), determined to be capital. Of which we have a signal instance, long before the Jewish dispensation, by the destruction of two cities by fire from heaven; so that this is an universal, not merely a provincial precept. And our ancient law in some degree imitated this punishment, by commanding such miscreants to be burnt to death; though Fleta says they should be buried alive; either of which punishments was indifferently used for this crime among the ancient Goths. But now the general punishment of all felonies is the same, namely, by hanging; and this offence (being in the times of popery only subject to ecclesiastical censures) was made felony without benefit of clergy by statute”

Blackstone wryly notes that the failure to put sodomites to death only corresponded to “times of popery” – which is rather unsurprising considering well-known proclivities of Rome’s priesthood.
In the statute taking away the benefit of clergy, the law designated death as the appropriate penalty for buggery. They sentenced to death not only both participants (unless one was a victim unwillingly attacked, or a child without discretion), but also equally punished all others aiding the crime, including accessories either before or after (cite).
Charging the Homo for his deeds.
The “Practical Justice of the Peace” law manual by Joseph Shaw (1756) sets for this model indictment for prosecuting magistrates to follow when charging a defendant with the crime of buggery:
An Indictment for Buggery.
“THE Jurors, &c. present, that [--defendant--] late of the Parish of [--residence--] in the said County etc.; not having the Fear of God before his Eyes, nor regarding the Order of Nature, but being moved and seduced by the Instigation of the Devil, on the [--date--] in the House of [--location--] in the Parish and County aforesaid, then and there with Force and Arms made an Assault upon one [--name--] a young Man of the Age of [--age--] years, and then and there wickedly, devilishly, feloniously, and against the Order of Nature, had the venereal Act with the said [--name--] and then and there carnally knew the said [--name--] and wickedly, devilishly, feloniously, and against Nature, then and there with the said [--name--] committed and perpetrated that sodomitical, detestable and abominable Crime called Buggery, not to be named among Christians, to the great Displeasure of Almighty God, and to the Reproach of all Mankind, and against the Peace of our said Lord the King, his Crown and Dignity, and against the Form of the Statute in Such Case made and provided.”

Tolerance of evil is evil.
The legal system today has become so degraded and corrupted that what our forefathers regarded as a monstrous crime worthy of death, has become instead an act that confers upon its base practitioners the insane privilege of a legally imposed immunity from public detestation! The homos are now a protected people who are even granted financial compensation by the legal system if anybody hurts their sensitive feelings by insulting them.
A creeping insanity over the last 200 years has completely reversed man’s proper estimation of the crime of buggery. It has gone from being “worthy of death” in they eyes of our god-fearing forefathers, to “worthy of respect” in the eyes of the news-media brain-washed communists who run today’s legal and political systems.
And we are more “democratic” than ever – the godless, pleasure loving, money-mad, race-mixing, bible-rejecting, Christ-defying, abortion loving, arrogant clowns who run the world are simply representative clones of the mindless crowds of TV addicted morons who put them into office year after year.
God has the last word.
But the word of God is not so “progressive” – it doesn’t change to “keep up” with the corruption and rot of the times.
Rather, it is way ahead of the times. The entire universe can’t keep up with the Holy Scriptures, and will be left in the dust.
“Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.” Psalm 119:160.
“Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.” Luke 21:33.
“And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail.” Luke 16:17.
One of God’s holy judgements pronounced in the Bible – which according to the Lord Jesus Christ will never pass away – is that sodomites deserve to death:
“If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.” Leviticus 20:13.
Saint Paul agrees:
“And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet… Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.” Romans 1:27,32.
Saint Peter agrees:
“And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;” 2 Peter 2:6.
Saint Jude agrees:
“Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.” Jude 7.
We have the judgment of Moses, Paul, Peter, Jude, and the Lord Jesus Christ which all agree that the unlawful deeds of sodomites deserve death.
The Day of Reckoning.
Government must enforce godly laws and punish evil doers appropriately. When a government fails to carry out its proper function God exposes it to replacement by any means, peaceful or violent. And that is why God is raising up the kingdoms of China, Iran, and Russia to punish the West for our deeds.
The law of sowing and reaping applies to everybody – the West is not a special case just because we have adopted a cultural Christianity. All the world has sown wickedness and therefore all will reap the wrath of God. And you always reap back much more than what you sow.
“Even as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same.” Job 4:8.
